We at My Flowers understand and appreciate your orders .Your orders are valuable to us. Please go through our Delivery and Shipping policy to understand our services better.
Fixed Time Delivery
We deliver the products in all the Major cities across India. We will deliver all orders with maximum possible care that it will reach to the recipient in best condition. This depends on the availability of the products in the specific city /area/towns. My Flowers is unable to commit any fixed time delivery as mentioned in special instructions otherwise all the deliveries will be made between 9 am to 7 pm on the given date. We at My Flowers is unable to commit a fixed time delivery. As the fixed time delivery depends on the schedule of delivery personnel and availability of products. However if you would like to request a particular time of day, please mention it in the "Special Instructions" column in the order form and we will do our best to honor it.
In case of incorrect delivery information, we cannot give guaranteed delivery, we will try to contact the person on mobile of landline whichever is provided. We will try to acquire new address through the mobile or mail. However we will not be liable if we are unable to make a delivery due to incorrect delivery information and we will not be able to issue a refund for the order.
Non Delivery due to avoidable /unavoidable Circumstances
If we are unable to deliver the order on the specified date due to circumstances which are in our control, we will initiate a refund of full amount. If we are unable to deliver the order circumstances which are not in our control no refund will be issued. Same will be applicable if recipient is unavailable when we attempt.
We will not call the recipient at their phone number before the delivery to maintain the element of surprise. But in cases where we are unable to locate the address or some other problem where contacting the recipient is must, we will have to call the recipient and take the directions.
Delivery at Hospitals/Hotels
Orders to hospitals, hotels, or company addresses are not guaranteed, you are requested to provide the name and telephone number of the hospital, hotel, or company. In the case of hospitals, we also need the recipient’s ward and room number. Many Hospitals don’t permit delivery to individual rooms, and that most ICUs do not permit flower delivery at all. Please check with the hospital before placing your order.
Extra Delivery Charges
There could be extra delivery charges for the cities / areas which are not in our delivery limit. We can arrange to send items from the nearest city we have our presence in on customer’s request at extra delivery charges.
Change in Delivery Dates
No delivery will be done in case of wrong address, Recipient is not available, Premises is locked, Wrong incorrect phone number or mobile number/ if mobile is not reachable/ or if Mobile is not working .Recipient refused to receive the products. No Deliveries will be made on National Holidays. The delivery of the same would be done on the next working Day.In case of floods/ Heavy Rains/ natural calamity/ National Bandh/election dates/ Curfews/traffic jams/festival times/regulated traffic movements/ or any other impediments that may restrict the delivery of the order. My Flowers reserves the right to reschedule the delivery for another date.
Delivery at Marriage Hall/ Wedding Ceremony
For delivery of gift items to Wedding Ceremonies/ Marriage Halls, My Flowers may not be able to assure
the delivery to the bride and/or bride-groom because of non-accessibility of our delivery team to the
recipient. However, we will ensure that the delivery is made to one of the responsible member of host.
Also, if possible we shall provide you with the name of the recipient through our order confirmation mail.
Product and Images
Products only contain the items listed in the product description. Vases and other items are not included unless stated in the product description. Product photos of flower bouquets represent the average bouquet size, and may vary in minor ways (please see our Substitution Policy, below). My Flowers is not responsible for decreased flower and plant quality due to an incorrect delivery address supplied by the sender, or a re-route requested by the sender.
Mid Night Delivery
Mid Night Deliveries will be made between 11.30 pm to 12.15 am on the mentioned date. The Midnight orders will be delivered only in the listed cities only. The order will be deemed executed and delivered if delivery address is wrong, Recipient is not available, Premises locked, Wrong/incorrect phone or mobile or extension number / not working / no reply or not connecting / not reachable, recipient refused the products.
If your order was unsatisfactory, you may request a refund by submitting a claim within two business days after the delivery date. In case of quality issues, after submitting the claim, our customer service agents will request that you send a digital picture of the delivered product.
Change in Order
To change your order, please contact Customer Service using at email@example.com Changes can only be made two business days or more prior to the scheduled delivery date.
Cancellation / Duplicate Orders
Cancellations for a full refund are allowed if made two business days or more prior to the scheduled delivery date. If an order is cancelled less than one business day prior to the delivery date, no refund will be issued. If you placed two or more identical orders and you let us know about it, you will receive a full refund for the duplicated order, provided that the local florist does not make and deliver the item.
In some cases, local florists may not have some items referenced in the product description in stock, and careful substitutions of equal or greater value will be necessary. In those cases, when possible, we will ask you for permission to make a substitution. If we are unable to reach you, or there is insufficient time to do so, we will proceed with the substitution. Roses, however, will NEVER be substituted with other flowers or floral products without requesting your confirmation first. If a local florist does not have an added product, we will replace it with a similar one or add the money paid for the item to the value of the flowers and create a bigger bouquet.
If you provide us with incorrect or invalid credit card or payment information, we cannot process your order. We will attempt to contact you to resolve the issue, but you will be responsible for any issues arising as a result thereof.
Flower arrangements are unique and handmade, so no two are ever identical. Every effort is made to match orders as closely as possible to the product photos and descriptions. While minor variations are sometimes necessary, the concept and value of the item ordered is always guaranteed.
